Why do I wanna be skinny?
- -I want to be happy with my body.
- -I want to be able to wear high knee socks.
- -I wanna have guys drooling for me.
- -To be perfect.
- -To be able to use those tiny black dresses.
- -To look pretty in XL clothes.
- -So I can be accepted.
- -I wanna be the "that girl" that everyone talk about.
- The real question should be why shouldn't I want to be skinny...
Today has been a struggle. There was a moment where i really thought of cutting until i reminded myself that i am so much stronger than that. I chose to workout instead and I am so proud.
- me: I ate less than 500 calories today and I even did a 30 minute workout! aren't you proud of me?
- Ana: yeah sure whatever...
- me: what?
- Ana: you can do better
- me: you're right. I'll do better tomorrow I won't eat anything. I'll lose five pounds by the end of the week, then you'll be proud.
- Ana: yes! and then five more. and then more... eventually you'll be light as a feather. you'll be beautiful. everyone will love you then.
- me: yeah... yeah let's do it...
The thing I love the most about Bikini Burn is…
how it’s honestly the only workout I need. I had been stuck on a weight loss plateau for about 6 months. I worked out every day and ate well but no results. I started doing Bikini Burn every day and everything started to come together. It was the right amount of exercise that I needed to lose weight and was something I could stick to. Its honestly so simple! 99cents for the program, you download it right to your computer, you start doing it 5 mins later. 20 mins after that you are covered in sweat wondering what just hit you, no equipment needed. You repeat this process for the next 30 days. Boom! You get stronger, you lose weight, and you feel good. Just stop wasting money on other workout programs, gym memberships, and fitness equipment. Nobody ain’t got no money for that!. Just do the BB YO
tips to avoid eating👻
- drink water or coke zero (number 1 tip!)
- take a pet for a walk (don’t take money, it could tempt you to buy food)
- look at thinspo on tumblr
- watch a movie or tv show (don’t eat snacks!!)
- take a nap
- do exercise (go to the gym, go for a run, do a workout in your room etc.)
- have a bath or shower
- paint your nails, give yourself a fake tan, wash your hair etc.
- call a friend and distract yourself
- go for a swim at the beach or a pool
- make a thinspo collage or start a thinspo blog
- read a book, or a magazine
- make yourself a cup of tea
- give yourself or a friend a make over
- hang out with friends to overt your boredom
- get an adults colouring book and colour in (its extremely relaxing and distracting!!)
- create some awesome low calorie recipes and share them with your fellow ana buddies
- message an Ana friend and distract each other!!
- play with a pet, or a sibling
- do some online shopping for clothes you will wear when your thin!
Listen up you fat fuck. Are you really still lying in your bed? What happened to that workout you were going to do an HOUR ago!? Are you really eyeing those crackers? All those carbs? I don’t think you deserve them you pig. Go run around the block.
My simple diet-rules are:
- Drink a lot of water or green tea (no sugar)
- Eat a lot of fruits and veggies (low fat and low cal)
- Quit with elaborated food (I PROMOTE NATURE ✿)
- Workout 3-4 times per week. (you can search exercises on youtube)
- If you’re lazy, 30 min walking every day ARE ENAUGH TO LOSE WEIGHT.
- Keep yourself motivated and be enthusiastic about your healthy choices!

What’s In My One Month Makeover? 👀
I get so many people asking what’s actually in my plan, so here is a run down :)
It’s a weight loss plan I follow & have created to help myself and others lose weight, and to strengthen & tone specifically the abs, glutes (butt), and inner thighs.
